Help with school self-evaluation

Much of our work involves working closely with individual school and academy leaders to provide personalised bespoke support. School leadership can be a lonely place, so heads appreciate having someone with considerable experience, from outside the organisation, local authority or trust, who can provide non-threatening but challenging and pertinent support and advice.

We provide feedback and advice on schools’ self-evaluation and improvement/ development plans. Much, if not all of this, can be done at a distance and we offer a feedback service, with returns within five working days of receiving the documents, online. Our consultants work with headteachers, in several local authorities, to guide and challenge them. We also suggest schools where leaders can see examples of good practice, based on our wide-ranging experience.

One of our consultants was deployed to support two underperforming primary schools in Buckinghamshire. Her expert advice and guidance over the course of two years helped both schools make great steps in improvement


